GGP is proud to announce a partnership with George LeBrun of Lightstorm Media and the development of our current collaborative project: An Introduction to Natural Care for Animals DVD and television pilot are now actively in pre-production.

Project Overview

An Introduction to Natural Care for Animals  - Media Project

Part 1 - DVD promoting natural / holistic animal care (100,000 copies minimum distribution)

Part 2 - Television Series Pilot

The Goal:  Promote the use of natural products as a means of enhancing animal health through an engaging, informative DVD and ultimately, a television program.  To educate consumers that the natural products they are already using for themselves, can be used for their animals as well.

DVD Overview:  A compelling look at natural solutions for animal health. Hosted by Stephen Blake, DVM, it will cover topics from nutrition to emergency care, feature real life cases, and promote natural products that care givers and veterinarians can use... most of which are easily obtained from their local natural foods grocery store.  To include an introduction by actress Amy Smart and an interview with Dr. Andrew Weil.

This program is critically important to us and our passion for changing the way that our companion animals are cared for.  We are steadfast in our commitment to ensuring that this information is presented in the best and most appropriate fashion - so please understand our need to protect the integrity of this project.

Our Team:

Steve Blake Petwhisperer

 

Dr. Stephan Blake, DVM:  Known internationally as “The Pet Whisperer” Dr. Blake is a practicing Holistic Veterinarian based in San Diego, California. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1973 and has been practicing veterinary medicine for the past 34 years, 27 of those 34 years have been in complimentary Veterinary Medicine. He is a founding member of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, a member of The Veterinary Institute of Integrative Medicine, a certified member of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, a certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and holds a Veterinary Homeopathic Certification from the Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy. His main interests are classical homeopathy, Bach flowers, acupuncture, chiropractic manipulation, glandular therapy, enzyme therapy, massage therapy, aroma therapy, colostrum supplementation, magnet therapy and nutrition. With a list of over 250 clients this passionate and dedicated veterinarian, author and speaker still finds time to spend with his wife of over 30 years and his five grand children.

  

George LeBrunGeorge LeBrun:  George has written and directed films for HBO, TNT and Cinemax, worked on the hit series "Thirtysomething," and worked in development for Ron Howard at Imagine Entertainment. He has written daytime television for Dick Clark Productions.  He worked on “Project Greenlight” with Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Miramax Television.  George has also worked on the Academy, Grammy, and Emmy Awards.  George is a member of the Writers Guild of America, has his law degree and sits on the Advisory Board to the University Of Texas School Of Business.

      Mike Kobert

 Michael Kobert:  Michael is a zoologist and wildlife expert with 22 years experience in wildlife parks where he was responsible for more than 400 species and was integral in the design and completion of infrastructure.  He was a spokesperson regularly featured on Discovery Channel’s hit series “The Keepers”.  An avid presenter on wildlife topics he co-founded Atira, Inc. a non-profit corporation dedicated to wildlife sustainability through the production of quality television programs and Giggling Gorilla Productions a company specializing in conservation media.  He is co-author of Who Goes With That Nose? the first in a series of children’s wildlife conservation picture books.

 

Dona DonatoDona Donato:  Dona is a marketing professional with 15 years experience in Marketing and business development. As an independent producer of large-scale civic and corporate events she has produced dozens of corporate videos for her clients.  She is co-founder of Atira, Inc. a non-profit corporation dedicated to wildlife sustainability through the production of quality TV programs and Giggling Gorilla Productions a company specializing in conservation media. She is co-author of Who Goes With That Nose? the first in a series of children’s wildlife conservation picture books.
